What's inside: Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, organic coconut oil, organic cane sugar, organic molasses, almond milk, eggs, baking soda, arrowroot powder, vanilla and almond extracts, salt, Hu chocolate.. I use organic ingredients wherever I can source them. The flour blend is the one exception, and I use Bob's Red Mill because it is the most reliable gluten free blend I have tested.
