Madich Design Studio is a Minneapolis-based design and brand management studio founded by a disabled veteran and creative strategist. I build websites and brand systems for creative brands like artists, herbalists, musicians, and culturally-rooted businesses that deserve to be seen. I’m scaling into a full-service agency and looking for collaborators who align with my mission and creative values.
I’m looking for two independent contractors to support client acquisition: one local and relationship-driven, one remote and digitally strategic. Both roles are rooted in initiative, alignment, and room to grow.

Local Outreach & Lead Generation
(In-Person)
You’ll represent my studio out in the world by visiting coworking spaces, boutiques, events, and art shows to connect with potential clients in person. You’ll distribute promotional materials, make introductions, and help build relationships that align with my values and vision.
20% commission on every sale you help bring in.
Ideal for someone outgoing, self-directed, and already part of creative communities.
You choose your schedule, I care about results, not hours.
Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)
You’ll work behind the scenes to identify and engage aligned prospects online. This includes building lead lists, running outbound email campaigns, and prospecting via digital platforms like LinkedIn, forums, and directories.
20% commission on every sale you help bring in.
Ideal for someone strategic, independent, and digitally fluent.
Flexible structure with room to grow into cross-channel strategy.

These are independent, performance-based roles with high autonomy. I offer generous commission to reflect the value of aligned client acquisition—and I’m transparent about expectations. If you’re proactive, creative, and excited to help a values-driven studio grow, I’d love to hear from you.
Legal & Contractual Notes
I’ll ask you to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, a Commission Agreement, and an NDA. I also include IP ownership clauses and may include a non-solicitation clause depending on scope.
